SWAP Painting That I Sent Out

This is the SWAP painting that I sent to my SWAP partner, Lenora in West Virginia.  Her response was very kind when she received it.  She said, "This painting is a soft sigh, executed with a brush and paint."  Those poetic words felt good!  Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Oh Vicki, I love it...the composition is super too! Is this partiucular butterfly native to FL?

I agree, it is very soft. I love how the butterfly pops to the front. Beautiful work.

Thank you so much Deb, Micah, Scott, Gary and Joan. Your comments are greatly appreciated. Micah this butterfly is not a native to my area. I will have to do some research to find out more.

Vicki, the butterfly is gorgeous and the entire painting has an oriental delicacy. What a beautiful artwork!

Wonderful soft almost-shadows, graceful sprays of blossoms, elegant butterfly. Lenora's gracious description is lovely, too. I bet she would make a great copywriter.

The butterfly is wonderfully painted, but I love the graceful fall of the trailing flowers the best. Lucky Lenora!
