More Fur Practice

I started this piece the first part of February but on the 9th DH was admitted to the hospital.  He spent two weeks there (one of those in intensive care) and received 14 units of blood.  We are very happy and thankful to be home.
I have worked on this little fellow since DH's discharge and I think he is finished.  I am open to suggestions for a title.  He is an 8x8 inch watercolor and will be mounted and varnished.  Thanks to Maria Alejandra - flickr for the reference photo.

Oh, he is precious! I'm glad everybody is back home from the hospital, that must have been such a drain on you. A title? Hm, I can't resist that challenge... "Pet Me", or "Beware of Dog". Better go with your own idea for the title, lol!

I am so glad that you and your husband are both back at home! All this stress is not visible in your beautiful painting. Take care.

I'm so glad your DH is out of the hospital and okay. A serious illness can really wipe out everyone who cares about that person. I'm so glad you're painting and this guy is wonderful! It has the "Awwww" factor, big time. It made me think of the old Abbott and Costello movies and when Abbott would say, "I've been a baaaad boy!" Perhaps Whose Been a Bad Boy? would be a title? Or something like that - he truly looks repentant :)

I am sorry to hear about your DH. I hope he is feeling better soon.

This painting is so good. Wonderful expression in the eyes! Hard to believe it is only 8x8.

How about "Wistful"?

Don't forget to take care of yourself too - Denise

Oh Vicki! I am so sorry to hear about Alan's continued problems. You both must be so weary.

This fellow is just precious! I love the handling of that velvety fur, great job. For a title, how about "It Was An Accident!"?
