How on earth can you stay on task long enough to create this perfectly detailed and executed painting is beyond me to comprehend. I would have been happy to stop at about the third WIP stage! This is perfection, Vicki.

Thanks Susan, I think I lean a bit toward the stubborn side - lol. Thank you Debbie, it was really fun to paint.

a beautiful painting, those eyes are gorgeous, by the way I hope you don't mind me saying here but I can't figure out another way of contacting you but I keep getting anonymous comments which seem to be through your blog via my email and dont know how to stop them, just completely random emails which say anonoymous but then (Garden of Weeden) in brackets - I know it's not you sending them but it's somehow linked through this blog, very confusing I just keep deleting them or sending them to spam in the hope that they'll stop! Any ideas? Feel free to delete this message once you've read it as I know you probably would prefer it not to be sitting on your page!

Sharon, I am so sorry but as you have already said it is not me. I prefer to not delete your message but use it to ask for help from other bloggers. I have no idea of how to fix the problem but maybe someone else has had this problem and may have a solution. Does blogger have a support site? If so please feel free to send them the message that you are getting and my blog address and email if it will help (vgreene@windstream.net) I can't understand why someone would waste their time and knowledge doing something negative.

I purchased the "Repose" cat painting for my daughter in memory of our favorite family cat when she was a child. The detail and personality caught my eye , as well as how the blue brought out the warm colors. I saw it first on the Daily Paintworks on Facebook. Great way to advertise your work!

Thank you Susan. I hope that you will be delighted when you see the painting in person. I really like the DPW site!

I just received "Repose" and it is even more awesome to view in person! The colors are so true. The depth and texture is outstanding. I am 100% pleased! I'm an art teacher and painter (oils are my thing) and I'm so impressed with your work!

Susan, thank you so much. I am glad that "Repose" arrived safely and that you are pleased. Your kind comment means a lot to me.
