I am a member of a watercolor group that does a quarterly swap. Names are drawn and paintings are sent, to and from, all over the world. Then the waiting begins to see the painting you will receive and who your SWAP Partner is this time. We all have a good time posting our paintings on the SWAP site and once all of the paintings are accounted for, Rhonda, the creator of the group makes a slide show so that we can sit back and enjoy all of the paintings for the SWAP. My partner has not received my painting I sent to him/her yet but I received my painting and wanted to share it with you. Thank you Christiane, Laure and Rhonda. Christiane, I was thrilled to receive the painting but Rhonda is the one that painted it. But you are right it is a beautiful painting.
Laura it is a great group and we have people that are new to watercolor and professional artist and the neat thing is that everyone is so gracious with each painting received. This group has such a good sweet spirit and I so enjoy being a part of it.
Rhonda I had to laugh when I read your comment. You saw me and encouraged me when I posted my very first painting and was in my watercolor diapers so to speak but I am glad that you think that I am improving. I truly am honored to have your painting hanging on my SWAP wall of fame.
