Nosy Neighbor

I knew I had to paint this one when I first saw it. The expression was wonderful. The colors look a bit brighter IRL but this is our 3rd day of rain and I really miss the sunshine. I will put this one in the DPW gallery today so that it will show up on the "What's New" page tomorrow. Thanks to A. Jakubiak @ flicker for the reference photo.
