Blue-Plate Special

Blue-Plate Special
12x24 inch Watercolor
$350.00

I will look at this one for a few days and make sure that I don't want to do any minor touch ups before varnishing but basically "Geraniums & Lace" is finished.  I am pleased with the reds and I didn't find them so difficult to work with as I usually do.  Thanks for looking. C&Cs welcome!

The reds are gorgeous! The leaves are beautiful, and the sheen on the plate, perfect.

Hi Vicki,
This painting is so lovely! I can imagine this one in a Victorian home, with the delicate lace and traditional plate pattern. The red flowers add a brilliant touch of color that really leads the eye. Looking forward to the next paintings you have planned. Best wishes ~ Eve

Thanks Laura & Deb!
Laura I have so many colors and I am trying to use the ones I have and work from a more limited palette. But I do love color!
